Hi! I'm Emily, soon to be mum and founder or MESH. My goal is to Make Every Soul Happy through the joy of movement and feeling good in your bodies!

I love teaching every single person in the MESH community and seeing you go from strength to strength brings me endless joy.

I can't wait to get back to you post baby as a mumma!

Hi! I'm Holly a dog lover, presenter, content creator and Pilates teacher.

I'll always bring the energy to class & aim to put a smile on your face.

I want to help you get the most out of your class and yourself whilst having fun and feeling comfortable.

I came into Pilates late but once I realised how good pilates made me feel, I knew I wanted to train as a teacher and encourage others to enjoy movement as well.

I chose to train with Body Control Pilates and started my Pilates teacher training in 2019 and I qualified the following year.

I absolutely love teaching and hope to see you all in class soon!

Jenny Carpenter

After many years of working in a stressful job, in London, I decided to change career and pursue my love of everything health and fitness. I started in 2011 by offering Personal Training and Swimming instruction and from there it didn’t take long before I gained an interest in Pilates, particularly, the STOTT
PILATES® method.

The beauty of Pilates is that it is ideal for everyone from young adults, active aging, fitness enthusiasts to athletes. Pilates not only develops strength, flexibility, and endurance; it helps to restore and rebalance muscles. It is also hugely beneficial to a modern busy lifestyle, releasing tension built up over the day, through its mind body connection. I’m passionate about the benefits of Pilates and I love how it complements and supports other forms of exercise. Benefits of which I have experienced in my own body and that of my clients.

Hi! My name is Debbie, I’m 50 and live in Shortlands with my family. I was quite a late comer to the ‘Pilates party’ and I’ve never looked back since. I absolutely love to teach and share my passion. It never fails to make me feel happy and I hope I can do the same for you too.
