Cancellation Policy

Your sessions and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, causing schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, please refer to our policy below.
Our Policy:
Private Sessions

If you need to cancel your private session, please call or message Emily on 07545915021 or email via contact@meshcollective.co.uk at least 48 hours in advance of your session.

Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive a 50% cancellation fee

Cancellations made within 12 hours hours will receive a 100% cancellation fee

Cancellation fees will be charged via an invoice which you’ll receive to your email address. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services

Group Classes
Our venues hold limited spaces, and many of our classes often sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another MESH member on the waiting list. You may cancel or reschedule in the members portal on the website unto 24 hours before the class.
