Our Online Pilates class focuses on the main Pilates principles: core strength, breathing and alignment. This class will help you increase muscular strength, control, flexibility and body awareness. We will focus on the fundamentals with a creative flow throughout offering a fun and exciting class. This class is suitable for all levels whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced and you will be worked top to toe no matter what your level. A strong pilates foundation is key for the longevity of a healthy body and mind and this class is a perfect chance to pay attention to the fine details.
