What To Expect
A supportive fitness class designed especially for mums with babies in tow. Each session combines 20 minutes of Pilates to rebuild core strength, posture, balance, and pelvic floor connection, followed by 20 minutes of strength exercises. Our 'strength' section of the class trains the movements you use every day — lifting, carrying, bending, pushing prams, getting up and down from the floor, and keeping up with toddlers — helping you feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in your body. This class is about building practical strength for mum life, improving mobility and stability, and creating time for yourself in a welcoming, baby-friendly environment. Suitable for all fitness levels and designed to support you through motherhood and beyond. We believe that having a baby shouldn't stop you from exercising and socialising. This class is designed for mums with babies and toddlers, and we welcome all levels from just 8 weeks postpartum, creating a supportive space to reconnect with your body while bonding with your little ones and other mums.
