What To Expect

In these 1-2-1 sessions we will figure out what it is you are looking to achieve & create a bespoke plan to help you reach your goals. Whether you have longstanding pain, a new injury or are bored of universal Pilates classes, a 1-2-1 will be design specifically for you. We will work to strengthen your weaker spots and stretch the tighter ones to get you one step closer to your optimum health. Although the first session may feel a little slow, she is on a mission to get as much information as possible from you and your body to help you in the best way possible going forwards. Although there is carry over, no two sessions are the same. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy ​ Your sessions and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, causing schedule adjustments. We enforce our cancellation policy to ensure our buisness is sustainable so we can serve you in the best possible way. We also really want you to have this time for yourself so think of us as your accountability partner. If you need to cancel your class/session, please refer to our policy below. ​ Group Classes Our venues hold limited spaces, and many of our classes often sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another MESH member on the waiting list. You may cancel or reschedule in the members portal on the website up to 24 hours before the class. Workshops Tickets are non-refundable. You can sell your ticket, but you must send the name of the attendee to be added to the guest list. ​ Private Sessions If you need to cancel your private session, please call or message Emily on 07545915021 or email via contact@meshcollective.co.uk with as much notice as possible Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive a 50% cancellation fee Cancellations made within 12 hours hours will receive a 100% cancellation fee​ ​
